Telephone Bill

Good morning,


Please assist, I’m trying to port my Neotel number and your system wants as I quote Most recent copy of your service provider telephone bill which must reflect the telephone number you want ported.” Our telephone was prepaid so we don’t have utility bill. 


What do I need to do in this situation?
