Recently i am getting an error on my W56H handset after making an outgoing call. It rings for about 2 times thereafter, it says "Path busy" and the call ends. it never did this before.
A reboot of the W60B base station resolves this issue for a few days before the issue returning. Its quite painful.
What is the problem here? And is there an issue on my side or on Freshphone's side?

Restart the base station...
Restart base station and then to be extra vigilant, restart the router too.
This problem is surfacing again on my side. I have the latest firmware and the settings i've suggested on this thread. What else could be the problem. It is quite annoying and frustrating at times.
After taking this up with Yealink, they advised factory reset the base station and then upgrade the firmware to the newest firmware which you can get on the Yealink website
I've done that already, still the same issue.
We have thousands of customers using that phone. Is it still under warranty? My advice would be to take it back where you bought it from as the fix that Yealink recommend is not working for you
