NEOTEL PRE PAID

I WAS ON THE NEOTEL PREPAID PACKAGE. I DON'T HAVE ANY ACCOUNTS OR EVEN ACCOUNT DETAILS. MY NEOTEL NUMBER IS 011 0396898. HOW DO I PORT MY NEOTEL NUMBER?


I had a Neotel pre-paid phone, a service that ended on the 28th June, is there any chance of being able to port that number or would I be better off purchasing a new 011 number?

You, wont be able to port your Neotel prepaid number. 

You will be better off purchasing a new number at a once off R25. Please send a proof of residence for the area chosen to  port@freshphone.co.za.
