Porting

Hi, I have a prepaid Neotel phone. I am trying to port my landline number, but you want proof of account statements????? I used to go to Spar and buy airtime and load it, that is just what I want to do now! I am not wanting to sign up to some account! If this is not possible to have my number ported on a prepaid account, please let me not waste my time and you trying to get me to pay R155,25!! I have now by force had to send my personal information to you, with no port having being done and mo RICA is legally to be done without a sim being issued! Some human better get back to me urgently!!

As per ICASA, we require a proof of ownership in order to prove the number is owned by yourself.
