unable to make outgoing call on android app

any and all numbers I try for outgoing gives me an instant message of "not acceptable here" and imidiatly ends the call...

Hi Craig, please have a look at the codec list under the account settings, please disable iLBC and enable GSM or OPUS or both if you can.
