I bought a brand new W60B base and W56H handset. I need to register the base with Freshphone. The IP for the base is 192.168.1.40. When I type it into my browser and enter the username and password admin/admin it doesn't want to sign on. It doesn't display any message either. It just cleared out the fields. Does anybody know what can be wrong?
We have never experienced that before. It could be a faulty Base. Have you tried to log in via a different PC?
