Hi Ane
You can log into your TMS for that number and click remove account. You can also turn off the forward to your mobile number. What are the last 2 digits of the account in question? I see 3 for your name

I cancelled my account in respect of one number and registered another number however I am still receiving calls from the old number which redirects to my cellphone.
How do I shut down that number completely?
