Port Transfer

I have requested my Telkom number to be ported to my new freshphone account. I have paid the R150 and signed the ADSL form. I am now waiting to upload my Telkom account and ID, but I am not sure where to do this, please advise. PS I have submitted the RICA documents already aswell,

Hi Nicky

You would need to log onto your TMS, do to your DID Manager and click on Port my Geographic number and follow the steps:-)
