quite strange, which browser is he using? can he maybe try Chrome?
That link doesn't work (I get: Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from help.freshphone.co.za (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more) and I can't find your post.
I tried Chrome and I now get:
Server Error in '/' Application.

Description: ASP.NET has detected data in the request that is potentially dangerous because it might include HTML markup or script. My detailed response about 5 hours ago seems to have disappeared. Is it somewhere else?
I deleted cookies and tried on Firefox, Chrome and Edge. I get this far:
but when I click on open I get:
Unable to load section, try to reload the TMS Tab by clicking on its header.
If I click "back" I get

This problem is now 10 days old. My friend is not able to access his account.
Hi John,
does the issue look like this?
Yes. It is similar in all browsers.
Hi John,
Please advise if the issue still persists, the problem existed with the apostrophe in the surname. We have to fix it still but for now it should work.
That works. Thanks!
Hi John,
Thank you.
Hi Rene
It had to do with a special character in your name. All seems in order now
