My FreshPhone account went offline over the weekend and refuses to connect.
I am running:
Fiber (WebAfrica) on a ZyXEL router.
Yealink W52P and can remotely connect.
I have tried:
replacing the Server Host with: 220.127.116.11
adding proxy as: 18.104.22.168:5060
Still, the device shows OFFLINE in FershPhone and "Register Fail" in Yealink.
Has anything changed?
It looks like your device is online and registered on a W52, I see that you have also made calls since this forum post was sent through. Please confirm if all is in order
