Liquid error: undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass
On the Outbound Call History I see many calls under 10 secs that are charged.
I did a test to call one of my own cell numbers and although I did not answer the call, I got charged for it. Out of 4 miss calls I was charged for 3!
I hope you are well. Please can you advise on which name and email address the account is registered on to troubleshoot further. The name and email address you using to open this ticket does not reflect on our side.
I ran a few tests and it would seem like if you cut the call on the cellphone ( receiver's side ) it would start billing as it will route to the cell phone's voicemail. Please call your cell phone again and cut the call on the phone you are making a call from and check if it got billed for.
I could confirm that on the test miss calls I performed, the voicemail kicked in, although not leaving a message and although I put the phone down in a few secs, the call was charged. This is not to blame freshphone but MTN.
Still what triggered my investigation is a significant number of calls under 10 secs, even to landlines, that are charged. It is obvious from the repetitions to the same number that there was no communication. In cases like on following table, maybe freshphone should consider not to charge such failed calls.

Unfortunately if we recieve an answer from the remote side, this means the call is active and we are being billed for it, this is why we pass the bill on to the client. If you ave exact examples you would like us to investigate please let us know which.
