VOIP not activated

Approximately a month ago (end of March 2018) I applied for a VOIP line and supplied my rica documents (ID doc and proof of address). To date my VOIP has not yet been activated.

Morning Andre, I see no rica doc's on the system, at one point we had an issue with rica, please could you try upload them again, I will wait for them now so I can approve.
