Hi Donovan,
I hope you are well. Please can you reregister your device. I tested the account on my device and I received an incoming call. There could be a setting on the device that is blocking the incoming calls. Please check for a setting called DND, it should be disabled. If the setting is disabled, please take a screenshot of the setup page for the snom device I would like to see if the correct fields have the relevant information.

Support broken Registrar is the setting you need to turn on.

I have a SNOM 300 device setup with the SIP account behind an Afrihost Fibre connection using a DLINK DIR825 router. I can make calls without issues but cannot receive any calls to 0872382548
