My account shows poor latency like one bar , how do I improve latency.

I wouldn't use that as an indicator, rather make a call and check the latency in app.
I'm trying to establish why my latency is so high. I recall it being much lower when I first signed up.
This server is located in the US, its only for push notifications its got nothing to do with the routing of established calls. Why do you need to know the location of the server?

Your latency will increase whenever you are in an area of good LTE signal. VoIP is extremely reliant on having a strong LTE signal

Please also let us know what internet connectivity you are using
I hope you are well. The latency depends on the speed of your internet connection. If your internet connection is poor you are going to have high latency which will cause you to have bad call quality. Please perform a speed test on your internet connection and post it in your next reply. I will advise you on, if the internet connection is sufficient enough to handle the phone calls.
