Getting the SIP information.
Please log in to https://tms.freshphone.co.za
1.Enter your user login details.
2.Select the account.
3.Navigate to Phone/SIP Settings and click on Show SIP password
Now you should have all the details you require.
After installing the Ground wire application, navigate to settings, select incoming calls and set it to push notifications.
When done, tap on Accounts.
Tap on new sip account
You will then be able to enter the SIP details. After entering the SIP credentials, tap on advanced settings.
We are now going to change the audio codec's. ( For Mobile data and Wi-Fi )
Drag the iLBC option right to the top and the GSM option just below it. The rest you can move down to the disabled codecs.

Once done you can go back and tap on the tick mark to save.
