I have just had my phone base set replaced and can no longer connect - just keeps ‘registering’ until fail, stays “offline” at freshphone account page.
Settings all double checked etc. per account and your setup instructions. No joy. Was working fine until base set packed up a week or so ago.
Connected via DHCP / Cell C LTE Router / Vumatel.
Please can you provide your public IP address. You can obtain these details by opening a google search page and typing in "whats my IP".
I see that your extension is online. Please can you test the device and let me know if you need further assistance.
