Please note that the porting process for FP-PORT-00257 has been successful.

Your number will be ported on 2017-10-10.

So Its ported but how do I know.

Do I need to do anything on my my Router?

The number has been added to your account, just call the number and see if it's ringing.

This is not easy.

Step 1 should be - get yourself a SIP phone!

Step 2.Hope you have a compatible phone

Hi Kelvin

A SIP device is required for SIP functionality. Either a SIP phone or a SIP ATA Adaptor ( Digital to Analog converter)

Fanvil phones that are SIP compliant will also work
