Confirmation received that Telkom number was ported 10/08/2017. Still offline. It has been forwarded for support, but I struggle to get some feedback.
The number has indeed been ported and your service works perfectly, we tested the account by setting it up on a device on our side, we then called your ported number and it rang through.
You do not seem to have any device registered with your account, this is why you are not receiving any calls.
You need to set up your account on a SIP-enabled device or make use of a soft phone on your mobile device, please read the "Getting Started" link provided.
