The ported Telkom number shows in the DID Manager panel, but if the number is called there is no response/ not available.
I have a similar issue.. My phone was ported on Monday 4pm from Telkom.
Could someone tell me how to get the phone installed correctly to receive calls,
We have a Yearlink phone.
Can we change our 087 number to our ported number to see if it is the new gigaset phone?
Any assistance please.
