Please make sure you have ticked incoming calls on the yealink base station's web UI, this is under account and then number assignment.
i have set up my w53p yearlink phone but i cannot receive incoming calls
Have you signed up to the freshphone service? I do not see any user on our platform using your email address, other than on this help forum.
